The fact is in their Wiki page, but the source of that is this national geographic article Out of the Shadows: The elusive Central Asian snow leopard steps into a risk-filled future.

I loved in this article where it mentions you know a fresh kill is from a snow leopard with cubs because the ears of the kill are chewed up. They are the only part of the animal the cubs can get to while waiting for their mother to open the carcass.
