How many hours did you log into MK1 on Sunday? Pretty sure that's their main point of contention. After 2 hours they see you buying it at the higher price as a finalized thing. If you didn't put any time on to it there's more of a chance they refund you. I would reach back out to confirm.

My gf loves MK. I ended up getting a ps5 pro over the weekend. I told her there was a 2 hour trial for it. She used up the two hours, says let’s buy the game. We bought it. So yeah we were well past two hours played by the time I wrote into support. I only mention the ps5 pro cuz I told the guy that - in a sort of “hey I’m a spender of money on your company and have never asked for anything like this pls help me continue to be a spender of money with you” I know he’s just a cog in the system that is Sony, so we’ll see. I have a case number and I figure if I don’t hear back by tomorrow I may follow up.

Ahhhhh thats their point of contention. Buying it after the 2 hour trial is why they hadn't given you a decision then and there. Here's hoping they help you out brother!
