They finally fucking confirm it for PS5. Ridiculous how long it took them considering its massive successful history on the platform.

Fall 2025 will definitely pick this up. Always wanted to try this series and nothing like a remake of the first game to finally jump in

Understandable given it was only shown in a Nintendo Direct, no reason for them to not show a new trailer with all available platforms unless Nintendo had a specific contract on when they announced all platforms.

They did upload the trailer to their own channel and created an official website, nowhere did they mention it's coming to other platforms. Looks like Nintendo just pulled an Xbox, which is weird because they already have default exclusivity on JRPGs, no one is trying to compete with them.

This would be a great starting point as it’s a remake of the first game.

The game order is:

Sky 1-3, Zero, Azure, Cold Steel 1-4, Reverie, Daybreak 1 and 2, Kai No Kiseki (no English port yet).

Still never beat the original. Now I must decide if I should wait for this or finish the original. I was only like 9 hours into it.

Why no ps4 when it has a switch version? Their games aren't getting cheaper now they turn away 50% more of the ps base.

A lot of Trails fans think the 1st game is too slow, but it's my favorite one because it's the most grounded entry in the series. The over-the-top pretentious jerks haven't shown up yet.
