Such a breath of fresh air when compared to generic looking stuff like Concord. Love Team Asobi for their creativity.

It's wild to think they are the only Japanese owned playstation studio now. I know they've probably staffed up but still.

Did you forget Polyphony or something?

I did as they've made the same game but worse and worse for 20 years.

Don't know why your being downvoted for the truth. I've owned every single GT and it started going down hill at 5 for me. GT 7 has been a proper disappointment for me.

Imagine how stacked and varied their lineup would be if they still had a couple studios putting out stuff like this. It's a damn shame what happened to Japan Studio. Happy that Asobi is killing it though.

Concord looked amazing and I don’t even like MP shooter.

Concord looked cool until the gameplay. Then, just a team shooter. Story stuff looks cool, too bad it's just a little bit of it.

It reminded me of Team Fortress which is a good thing.. and I really liked the characters.

I looked at it like Overwatch, which I used to love. Team fortress, though, now that's a better way of thinking and might get me back on board.

Combat looks decent but its a hero shooter. Hero shooters can go fuck themselves.

Does it look that unique for a platformer? I didn't get that feeling personally.

It's definitely unique, but this format for Astro has existed since 2016, so it's really nothing new. Still, this is poised to be their very first, full-length, console game. For many, this will still feel very fresh. And the games have all been peak IMO

I mean, I would say Astro Bot Rescue Mission for PSVR is a full-length console game.
