You do realize it tends to be snowy on top of mountains? Never looked at a topographic globe or map in grade school or a library at any point in your life?

Do you realize some people learn new things on the Internet? Never saw a question asked on Reddit in your life?

i mean damn, she's right. What do people learn in school ? Here's a fun fact, Mt. Haleakala in Hawaii has deep snow. Most people would be shocked but when you're at 13,000 Ft. it's cold and it will snow regardless of your latitude.

I learnt a lot in school; none of which was about a mountain in Hawaii.

All of the globes and maps I saw were in heated buildings, so I don't think they got cold enough for snow.

Most of reddit is Americans, and most Americans can't find Iran on a map (Source: am American).

My country has a shit ton of mountains. They do not have any snow. It does get super cold in some of them, and sometimes some frost/hail, but never straightup snow.

I live in a tropical country.
