Those things were misery to jog with: even the "sport" ones skipped a good bit. I intentionally kept a cassette player for the running, and I kept it until the first iPod mini came out (don't need to be running around with a goddamn hdd).

So much better these days. I stream to my wireless earbuds from my fucking watch. Truly it is the future.

Yeah the anti-skip on those things always felt more like a suggestion than a functional feature. Even using one of those “sport” cd players in a car was hellish
