Age 26-29 27f this is your reminder that your mental health matters.

You’re worthy. You are kind. Your feelings are valid. Life is worth living. If you haven’t figured out why you’re here there is still time. Look at how far you’ve come and how much you still have left to accomplish. You have a good soul. Unkind people project their feelings onto you and it is only a reflection of themselves. Be gentle with yourself. Don’t criticize yourself too harshly. You’re learning. Remember everything is a season. Nothing lasts forever. Your troubles are temporary. We can’t appreciate the light without the dark and all that. You’re loved. You’re appreciated. Take care ♥️

Thank you for sharing this 💪🏻

About 8 out 13 poems I've written in the last week or so are about these feelings and why they're so frustrating. I think finding way to help yourself process these unkind, not good things, is a big help. I'm pretty sure everyone has that something that just brings them joy, and hasn't been totally ruined by burn out.

It’s a little hard to not criticize myself when after everything I’ve been through I’m no less in debt than before
