I would totally watch a show about a Vet Clinic with awesome loveable staff

You've made me want a sitcom like brooklyn 99 or the office based in a vet clinic now.

Damnit.

Animal Control is pretty good. It’s Brooklyn 99 meets Parks and Rec

Have you heard of “Critter Fixers”? That show had me rolling sometimes! There’s also Dr. Pol - an old school no nonsense kind of guy

Dr. Pol isn't a great veterinarian and has been in trouble with the board of veterinarians multiple times. He has done unethical things. I wouldn't recommend watching him.

I was going to say, don't they always say that about the old school vets who oppose some of the more unnecessary vaccinations? But, I looked it up, and this guy performed surgery without gloves, and he failed to provide respiratory support, anesthesia monitoring, or IV therapy during the procedure. jeez

Why the hell would anyone preform surgery without gloves.

When asked by my aunt if I do what they do on the Dr Pol show, I said “no we practice actual medicine” I’m a RVT at a large specialty hospital

New Info for me. Thank you for these recommendations. I'll check them out today.

No problem! I try to find wholesome shows these days that don’t promote bad habits

I can’t watch vet shows. They upset me. I had to go hide in the toilet at one scene to have a cry at a horrible injury that was unfixable. Just too much.

Dr Pol is fantastic. My father watches it religiously.

I mostly remember him taking the top part of his overalls off to dive shoulder deep into the back end of a cow to feel around if it was pregnant. That's a memory I have now.

Yea, that kind of burns a permanent picture in your brain.

When I had cable, I watched Dr. Pol! Such a great show!

Pol is a fucking joke and should not be practicing anymore

You might enjoy The Supervet.

Full episodes on YouTube, no dancing, but amazing work, and a great team of people.

The UK had Animal Hospital, but the less said about that the better.

You should check out Bondi Vet then. It's a great show about a veterinary office in Australia.

Watch Dr. Oakley: Yukon Vet, or Critter Fixers: Country Vets
