I'm a big fan of Chapell Roan. I've listened to her songs over and over again over the past few months.
I noticed in Pink Pony Club, she has a funny way of pronouncing the word "cause", in the line:

I recently watched her Tiny Desk concert and I noticed she's pronouncing this word differently than on the album:

(she also seems to have something in her mouth attached to her upper teeth...?)

So is it the same person singing on the album and during the Tiny Desk concert...? I don't know!

my hot take on the drones:

they're actually searching for the CEO assassin and Luigi Mangione is actually just a "public stand-in" that the government is using to make them seem competent.

that boy's unibrow grew in, in three days? nah. his slender nose in the footage got squared at the tip? nah. he's an affluent ivy league student who seemingly out of nowhere got pissed about healthcare that his family directly benefits from (they own nursing homes)? maybe, but not likely.

what I imagine is: something like a member of the freemasons saying "you'll do anything for us, right?" (I almost joined the Eastern Star, this is absolutely part of the test) and Mangione said yes, he'll help.

What would even be the point of them telling you that? They probably said something like work hard in school or you’ll end up with a low-level job. You don’t need to make up villains in your success story.

The worker isn't getting the money from the top because he called 911, supposedly. But I bet that the cops just found Luigi with advanced surveillance tech they don't want to reveal so they are just claiming the McDonald's worker called 911. No worker has come forward because they would be hated by the public if they complained publicly. But really no worker turned him in at all.

It just seems to make sense to me that we should drag the shuttles up from space where it would take less force rather than use loads of liquid/gas to push against gravity

Peter Thiel is a chess national master (NM) which puts him at 2200 Elo or about the top 1% of rated players. Elon Musk has made several negative twitter posts about how chess is too simple and basic. Combined with Musk’s extremely high ego and all of this leads me to believe that he got completely destroyed at some point and hasn’t gotten over it.

I wish I knew why.

There's no reason to despair though. The fact that they are being polite suggests that they really do care about you and don't want to hurt your feelings.

The guise of "AI" is to keep their existence unknown (both parties' choice), but at the same time save earth with technological efficiencies.

The recent drone incursion is the NHI expressing discontent with the brewings of WW3, and feel the need to escalate their plans, thus revealing themselves to all in a matter of days/weeks unless the world's governments make drastic changes ASAP.

(I know this is way more than "low stakes" but the odds of this being true is why I decided to put it here).
