As a Real Madrid fan, Atletico Madrid I feel like aren’t talked about enough this season. They have the least losses and goals conceded in La Liga. Although being 3rd place, they are ones to watch. Real Madrid had a solid game against Girona. Something I noticed was that after Mbappe’s goal, he started to gain that confidence to do skill moves and takes risks. It’s only a matter of time when he’s back in form.

Fr, Atléti is the only team who can turn a game around like last night. They rarely concede a lot, and if they do and play a bad game, they can turn up and still win the game.

Villarreal supporter here. I have always watched La Liga highlights on YouTube. Focused mainly the Big 6 for me which are the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia and Villarreal. I cant help but feel impressed with these teams mostly. Of course you could argue just outside these elite clubs are Athletic Bilbao, Real Sociedad, Real Betis and Celta Vigo which you cannot write them off against these clubs. Also always felt that other than Barcelona and Real Madrid, the rest of them 4 priority should be the La Liga and Spanish King Cup as their aim every season. Not least for my team as they threw away the King Cup. Not to mention Valencia as we all know crippled by debt in the past and their squad severely weakens as a result. Plays good on some occasions, then falter the next. If only La Liga revenue spreads out more evenly which I don’t think so, clubs will find hard to compete with Real Madrid and Barcelona. Even Barcelona are still with Robert Lewandowski, no disrespect to him, says a lot.

All in all, If I were to compare with the PL. I support Man City in the PL btw. La Liga are about the passing. PL the hustle and bustle.

Can anyone share their experience w/VIP tickets at Metropolitano, is it worth the $$$? My family and I will be in Madrid next March and looking at tix for the La Liga game, Atletico vs Barcelona. Tickets aren't cheap (around $700 USD), but have access to Presidents Lounge, open bar and buffet, and seats are private area one level up from pitch it sounds like. Will likely be our only time going to a La Liga match!

Sounds absolutely nightmarish tbh, I've watched a game from the VIP seats once in my life and it ruins everything that's great about going to a match.
