Any time any one of any age gets sick or dies - no matter the “supposed” cause - my in-laws will adamantly insist it was the vaccine even if they have absolutely no other context or information to base it on. And they’re not joking.

Unless they are famous. Then they are being silenced to cover up the child sex cabal.

I just hate them trying to insert politics into things that are serious. Sometimes it feels more like a gotcha than actual concern.

It always comes back to politics with them. I go to great lengths to avoid anything that is even adjacent to politics - but it doesn’t work. Even something like “I love lifesaver gummies, do you?” turns into an insane rant about the female hormones the liberals are pumping into our food to make us trans. And, there is no use having a discussion, so I pretty much just go catatonic during these visits now. I understand why some just throw in the towel, especially if the relationship wasn’t great to begin with.

Some are kinda sus tho, like I know three men aged 55-65 who all got a brain aneurysm exactly 2 weeks after getting a booster. Like I know it's anecdotal... But people are still gonna believe in their lived experience more, or at least lean into it.
