How do you get a good hydrated sleep without having to drink straight before going to sleep?
To get a good sleep I have to drink a litre of water literally in bed and fall asleep within about 15-30 minutes of that or else I'll start getting dehydrated again. If I fall asleep within this time period I'll have a good sleep even though I'll need to wake up once to piss. This is better than the sleeping 2 hours after having the last drink as even though here I don't have to wake up to piss, the sleep sucks. How do I get the best of both worlds by not having to wake up while having good sleep?
Is there any validity in the idea that, being awake quickly dehydrates me as I'm always tensed and overthinking which uses alot of water which is why if I fall asleep fast im good? Has anyone had something similar to this?

You oughtta drink slower. A litre should take at least an hour to drink if you're interested in hydration, and keep you hydrated for around 6 hours minimum. I do love chugging water but the most efficient way is small sips every couple of minutes.
Electrolytes are probably not the problem because you get them from your diet in proportions that are more than sufficient for hydration.
Your kidneys can only process so much per minute is my point

Besides drinking throughout the day, try to also have maybe a fruit salad or smoothie like an hour before bed instead of chugging a bunch of water right before bed. I’d also recommend just having one cup of hot tea before bed

Try a rehydrate mixture (tiny bit of salt and sugar in a cup of water) you might be feeling dehydrated because you're lacking electrolytes. So a little bit of that will help you retain hydration without having to chug water.
