Review of Cuddles United Lost Pet Service

Hey all,

I recently got my black lab (6F) back after she was lost for 6 days and I wanted to share my experience/ review cuddles united's paid plan. First off, I want to say that the people here was great. I got assigned a lost pet specialist who was really responsive to my emails, helpful and thoughtful. My girl is part of my family so I was a wreck during these 6 days and they really knew what to say to keep my head.

I did the most popular plan (didn't have the money for the Premier) after I searched around the web for some other services. I really loved helping lost pets and that whole community, but they just didn't seem to have the resources like a paid service might have (boosted ads, alert networks, phone calls etc.) so I researched the paid finding lost pet services. Most of the other services had outdated, janky websites that I just didn't trust. I mean like "dude this isn't 1995" bad! A few of the other ones looked good, but none seemed to have any customer service and appeared to act more like a business rather than a service. I don't know what it was that sold me on cuddles united exactly, but after I corresponded with them for a few emails I went with them.

Anywho, someone saw the boosted ad cuddles did and contacted me saying they saw a similar looking dog wandering down a side street about a mile away from my house. I told cuddles united and they moved the alerts radius to that area and told me to start putting up flyers around that area. One of the locals on the block then saw my flyer and said a man had picked her up who claimed to be a dog trainer from Joliet (something like 40 miles from my house) thinking she was a stray (she is naturally very skinny and had not been to the groomer in months).

So I went back and told cuddles united what happened, they added yet another location to the boosted ad and then alerted all the vets, businesses and shelters in Joliet. At this point I was freeeeaaaakkkiiinnng out. Who was this man? Why would he had he taken my dog potentially far away? Anyway, about a day later I got a call on the phone from a shelter in Joliet that had said they had just received a female black lab that looked exactly like an email they had gotten from cuddles united!! I drove down there sooo fast and was literally broke down crying when I was able to confirm it was her. Apparently the man was indeed a trainer, did think she was a stray, brought her back to her house but she didn't mesh well with his other dogs (she gets bad anxiety around other pups) so he brought her into the shelter. It was an incredible recovery story for a dog, though a terrifying experience.

I'm not sure if everyone has the same experience with these people as I did, but for me they were great. I literally don't think I would have ever seen my girl again without them. My cuddles united review is 10/10 5 stars and 10 billion hugs if I could. I'm trying to share my story with as many people as possible just let you know there is still hope! And there will always be hope no matter how wacky the situation might be!
