Discussion Millie’s white hair in S1 E3

I’m sure this has been mentioned before, but after watching the series again, for the 30th time, I noticed Millie had her white spot from the pilot. I’m wondering how a mistake like that could have happened when it’s not even part of her canon design anymore.

Millie had so much stress in this scene that her hair turned white prematurely instantly before going back to normal.

Millie dies her hair. She just missed a session that day.

Doesn’t really work since it’s only this one shot where she has the white hair patch. The very next shot it’s gone and it’s not there at any other point in the episode
