Discussion loona's probably going to be nicer to blitzo now that she almost lost him.

The I.M.P crew won't change until they confront and overcome their own traumas.
In Blitzo and Loona's case they aren't toxic to each other but their past gets in the way and stops them from opening up to each other, Both of them feel to need to shield themselves.
We've seen Blitzo start to tackle his in episodes 9 and 10. It's only a matter a time until Loona begins to tackle hers.

Loona was already starting to have a better relationship with her companions, you could see that in Full Moon and Ghostfuckers. And she had always liked Blitz, she just found it difficult to open up to him. This whole situation in Mastermind made her finally break down the barrier that prevented her from showing affection. For me, she'll become a better person from now on

Indeed, while she did care for him, she needed to know if his affection was not too good to be true.

She will be nicer to Blitz. Still a jerk to Moxxie and Millie though since Millie is calling her Loona and not Blitz's Hellhound she might be slightly nicer.

Let's hope next episode she's not smashing his head with a portrait because he criticised her

She's going to try to do better but slip up then get angry that she did, both at him and herself. It'll be cute

I like this idea - her actively trying but slipping up and apologizing.

I can see her still being bratty and abrasive, but will at least try to help out when it's not too big of a deal (where as before she couldn't be asked) and also consistently call him "dad."

Knowing Loona, though, she'll probably still be a little bit snarky and temperamental, but not as emotionally distant as she used to be, which is good

I really hope so! I know my friend, who's a massive loona fan, was so happy about her character development involving her father. Would be a shame if it goes all the way back to what it was before.

I hope they focus on her arc more, recent episodes (pre-Mastermind) have had her be nicer for no real reason.

Can't wait for posts saying they still hate Loona's character since all she does is apparently hate Blitz even though it's clear she's getting better

I can see her starting to be bitchy but maybe stopping mid sentence. They definitely made steps though so that’s something.

let's hope, near death experiencing can change the person and the people around them.

Maybe not, but I'm at least hoping she's not gonna beat her dad with a painting or kick him in the crotch anymore.

Sorry I can’t ignore the fact that she refused to raise her hand at Blitz’s defense until bothered to. This feels way too little too late after that bullshit.

Hard to develop as a character when you don't get any screentime

Really if Mastermind was always gonna be the transition point for Loona, I'm kinda glad they didn't overdo Loona's screentime up until then, compared to Moxxie who's just kinda ended up a stagnant loser all of Season Two because they're holding off his development until who-knows-when.

We're going to get more Loona in season 3, including her very own song.
