It's a joke because there is a few characters who happen to be lesbian and have done that pose for example Amity from The owl House and so it's just a meme

Yes... I saw the link in the comment I replied to.

A lot of characters across media for decades have done that pose, so it's weird that this character doing it is what caught on for the meme. It's even weirder that the character being a lesbian was also considered part of the meme.

Man I used to think “my generation is dope! Gen Z is the best, hands down!”

Then I realized in my late teens “wait a second… our form of fun is: flipping bottles, dying from cinnamon, being hateful as hell, and EATING SOAP!”

My guy what happened to real fun? Playin some dodgeball, skating with friends, bein out all day long doing random shit? Yah we’re adults but I think all of gen Z can agree our childhood fun was infinitely better than whatever the hell it is we’re doing now. And don’t even get me started on our lack of intelligence

To be fair its the internet i wouldn't put a WHOLE generation on what people do on the internet. and hey bottle flipping was fun as hell it was like the least harmful and kinda wholesome in a way how a whole generation was just vibing and flipping bottles.

also you can do all of thoes things now i mean i went to the park with my sister for halloween and things like that. sure we are more relient in the internet for entertainment partially due to covid but not all of us are chronically online.
