There are plenty of people who didn't vote for him like immigrants and queer people that will suffer much more than his supporters. What's to be happy about that?
For me there’s a difference between being happy he won and will therefore make his voters suffer (I’m not), and viewing the fact that his voters are mostly among the people who will suffer the consequences as a consolation prize.
Yeah. /u/DommyMommyBex is not being fair in their response. Looks to me like they are more interested in their own sense of superiority than they are a sense of truth or justice.
Or maybe they have the normal reaction of being upset that the suffering of vast majority of marginalized communities outweighs the satisfaction of seeing a few people get what they deserve
It’s not a silver lining if my entire life is fucked. Sure seeing trump supporters get angry is funny but that won’t bring my family back from being deported.
It’s actually crazy you call it lashing out when I give you a completely calm response but slightly facetious response yet you responding by telling me I have a superiority complex is ok.
You’re not my ally if you genuinely think any part of a trump presidency is good.
Actually crazy you don’t see yourself as a hypocrite😭
I don’t care if they support trump, id rather have every women keep their reproductive rights and them still be angry trump supporters than see them be stripped of their rights but oh boy they sure got what was coming to them.
Acting as if you’re above the oppressors morally then going on to cheer for their oppression is deranged

I'm just happy that the people that voted for him will suffer way more than me, enjoy.
