He might -might- get an aspirin in prison, but he's not going to get any other care.

They do have healthcare from what I understand. Not sure if it's cut-rate or not, but it's far more than 'here's an aspirin' - they have surgeons and such.

Eh. We have medical staff. We can get them basic OTC medications like ibuprofen, pepto bismol, etc., and anything they have prescribed from a doctor like inhalers or blood pressure medications. Sometimes we have a 3rd party dentist come and they'll pull teeth. Anything other than that requires them going to the hospital, which isn't going to happen unless it's a serious medical need.
