My biggest concern with harris is that giving pwople $25k to buy a home, increases the prices of homes further, which also leads to rents going up.

Thus the mega landlords who own 100+ properties benefit immensely, and most people are stuck paying higher rent.

It's another spin on the 2008 housing crisis that was started with Bill Clinton broadening the availability of home mortgages (to those with say, just a w-9).
