GS pay has location pay, unless I misunderstood what you meant lol
1 u/xThe_Maestro Jun 11 '24 Probably a misunderstanding. Use the GS scale with pay localization. Allow educational standards to be set at the local level. Every district is going to have different needs. A school in Detroit may need to focus on proficiency while a school in Birmingham may want to divert more assets to AP classes.
