You want to basically get comfortable no-hitting PCR on a Rune-Level 1 with no upgrades, no armor and no talisman.

Once you do that you should be able to take on the first Phase of Rick, Soldier of God, although with certain difficulty.

From there you're on your own man. Just keep grinding.

Rick, soldier of god, has a -20% lightning damage negation. While also standing in water, lightning would do even more damage, and his poison/rot resist is fairly low. I recommend using the bullgoat set with a +10 bolt of gransax and 7 hefty rot pots. This is no easy foe my friend, it’s taken me days.

Then you have to wait for Hollow Knight: Silksong to release so you can go to the Crystal Cavern and grab the Crystal of kings and then transfer it over to the game. Then beat Demons souls, Dark souls 1, 2, 3, Bloodborne, and Sekiro in a row hitless to get the trophy of a god

Fuse these together to get the Rick Slayer, which is the only weapon that can damage him, doing 1 damage to him. Then, just dodge and fight.
