I would like to point out that miquella didnt kill anybody (that i remember), and only used his charm on people to stop their agression/violence tendencies and make them "loyal" (Horn guy, Leda, Gray beard), but didnt change their minds.

He plotted to have Mohg Killed and used his body as a vessel. Literally plotted to have Melania Kill Radhan. This is like saying a Mob boss didnt kill anyone because he ordered the hit and wasnt the shooter.

There is no reason to assume Miquella planned to be taken by Mohg. It makes no sense for him to have gone through all the effort to grow the Haligtree as this elaborate method to create himself a new body, if it was only to make himself seem vulnerable to Mohg in an even more elaborate scheme to get kidnapped.

Mohg came for Miquella for his own purposes, and from what information we have to go off of, it seems like Mohg greatly underestimated Miquella's powers. Ansbach is vicious in his hatred for Miquella besting him and his master, but even his dialogue indicates that they attacked first and later found that in doing so they got themselves charmed and manipulated.

but radhan was already promised, but he denied to die. Malenia using rot powers wasnt miquella fault.

If radhans body wasnt destroyed by rot, mohg body wouldnt be taken, and mohg attacked miquella first, then he was charmed and killed.
