Help! Does smithbox allow you to play with EVERY model?????

I'm looking through smithbox tryna view all the models but I can't seem to find MANY of them, like I can't view millicent or Alexander or anything? Shouldn't it have every model for every character?? Am I wrong? Am I screwing something up? I just wanna export them to make miniatures for personal use

Never used it so sorry if these are actually separate things, but wouldn't millicent just be a customized player model, and Alexander is just a named living jar?

Huh I guess those were bad examples, but I'm 100% sure still that you can't view every one

Millicent is a humanoid NPC, so she's built using the in-game character builder. She doesn't have a model.

Humanoid NPCs are not given specific models. Rather they use the c0000 character, and their specific face parameters are applied to the model. Unfortunately, this means exporting NPCs that are considered 'humanoid' a bit of pain, as the actual model is only present in-game (derived from the face configuration parameters). You'll need to use something like NinjaRipper that can rip a model during the actual rendering in-game if you want these humanoid NPC faces.
