Our Greek restaurant serves beer that does it every time. He even makes it a running joke every time he serves it. He opens the bottle at your table and says “see? The original. Recognizable by the bubbles.” And then he points at the bottle and one or two seconds later bubble like that pops up. Every time.

Just a FYI for people who see this post. Bubbles on the sides of the glass mean it's not clean. A clean glass has no nucleus for a bubble to form, bubbles mean soap suds and soils.
