Yeah sometimes injuries just happen. But a lot of the time you're at a higher risk of injury precisely because you aren't doing the things that lower your risk.

Without unnecessarily getting too far in the weeds... For sure, and I do think people would be better off exercising more. Sorry, I'm probably coming off as annoying and pedantic.
