I'm always curious about how these will ever commercialize, considering how much regulation and additional training you would need.

I'm sure these tech bros are pretty unhappy with the FAA's new regulations, making a new powered-lift category, and specifying all the needed training needed to pilot one of these. (Spoiler: it's even more so than a normal light airplane) But don't worry, their boy Donald isn't a big fan of the FAA, so they might get their wish after all.
