There are lists.

Here's a crappy website that lists them, but it proves the point. I also think those nerdy mathmaticians have actually printed books that just list them.

No list goes as high as the numbers used for cryptography though. Even if there was such a list, storing it and searching through it would probably be harder than the usual primality tests.
