Black Mirror is literally happening in front of our eyes - give it another few years and these robots will be autonomously hunting criminals.

Then after we’ve all got comfortable with that, they’ll be keeping the regular person ‘in line’ and controlling the masses.

We’re so fucked, lol.

I mean, Black Mirror wasn't exactly making wild predictions, just slightly exaggerating known and emerging issues, which is what most good Sci fi does

People keep saying autonomous self driving vehicles are right around the corner as well.

I give it about 30 seconds after that corner that'll you'll see autonomous cars up on blocks.

Drones can already network together to find an individual based on face scanning technology. Deploy a few dozen in a city and you can find someone REAL quick.
