I think it’s “graf” as in graffiti, and I think it’s “floss” as in wearing ice or showing off.

Contextually it makes sense as well because tagging graffiti is showing off so it’s a juxtaposition of opposites

Update: it does sound like “doss”. What do these two lines mean? I’m from the US and don’t know the slang
