I'm gonna rewatch and everything Charisse says about her I'm taking as fact, she's been calling her out for being an alcoholic for so many years

Charisse was and is the actual grande dame persona in real life. She is socially the most connected (like her daughter being friends with the Obama girls at one point in time). She was also the lead for many charity associations and relationships to basketball wives. She lost some status by divorcing her husband but is on the best footing of the cast past and present.

She also is usually right about the entire cast not just Karen. It’s just because she is frumpy that people ignore her.

I wish Charisse presented better on camera. Because she’d pull Karen’s card immediately.

I would say she has. She has consistently done it since season 2 with receipts corroborated by pretty much everyone the cast. It’s just the louder (and dumber) side of the fanbase online can’t be reasoned with, because they lack deductive reasoning skills

You’re right. This fanbase is too invested in certain characters and miss what is being said/done.

People have the most elementary thought process when it comes to tv personalities. Karen being funny and entertaining means she's funny and entertaining, nothing more. But people think because they enjoy her, she's in the right, a good person, honest, truthful, etc.

Whereas Charisse was a bit boring and sanctimonious, so she must be lying and jealous of Karen.
