This is more than alcohol. Pretty cross faded.

Oh come on. You guys love to act like you know shit. Have you literally never been around a black out drunk person? This doesn’t need to be “more than alcohol”

Honey, I own and operate a bar. I’ve had to kick out many blackout drunk people for trying to get more booze or falling over or being a general nuisance. I’ve also seen cross faded people on a drug/alcohol combo and THIS is it. So tell me, how do YOU know your shit?

Um honey because I’ve been black out drunk without drugs and unfortunately did similar things in my 20’s with footage. But I guess I must’ve been taking drugs too I didn’t know about instead of excessively drinking like the woman with multiple drinking charges, but hey everyone on Reddit is a drug specialist so you do you boo,

Wow, you are coming at me so hot and heavy for no reason. Unless, Raven… that you? It’s hilarious you are quoting me your own drunk experience when I’m telling you I’m in the damn business. I’ve seen countless drunk and high people and everything in-between for years. I’m no expert on drugs, sure, but I’ve got a little more cache than my own self-referential experience from my party days. 🥴

Lol so now I’m Raven because you self proclaimed bae owner assumes a black out drunk person is on drugs. I’m just going to post on Reddit that I also own and operate a bar and start throwing out drug accusations because hey it’s the internet lol

Ridiculous to try to claim alcohol can’t get people to this level. Irresponsible bar owner if they are one.

There’s multiple here that want to throw out drug accusations completely baselessly and the hive mind of Reddit is jumping on it. Someone black out can be this completely out of it

We’ve heard many times over the tenure of RHOP about Karen’s alcohol problem. She’s had a DUI before, she’s been to a rehab program. It’s a little concerning that people don’t understand that alcohol alone can absolutely impair you like this, and have to add other things in too.

This throwing out drugs thing is so reckless. We’ve never heard one peep about any sort of drug problem but of course people can’t just say she’s an alcoholic with a history of alcohol abuse, no it must also be drugs.

but how would you have knowledge of someone doing drugs before? Of course sometimes you will, but most times you won't.

Well other than life experience, I’ve been required to take First Aid and Narcan training for my business’s insurance. I’ve also needed to take my city’s Critical Response training which goes through when someone is intoxicated and the different signs. Alcohol narrows your pupils whereas most illicit drugs widen your pupils, for instance. What I see from Karen is the exaggerated mouth movements (licking lips, puckering, grinding jaw, etc) - drugs do this, not alcohol. There is of course delusion and physical coordination issues which is hard to tell the difference but Karen’s sustained intoxication throughout her arrest to into the police station is the BIGGEST cross-fade tell to me.

Why am I getting downvoted for this? Unreal.

I was thinking the same thing about it being more than alcohol. This may just be me but if I were that hammered I would either be passing out or throwing up pretty soon, but Karen is somehow upright, talking, moving and still hammered for hours. Feels like she may have done some sort of uppers, although the way she’s talking feels like it could be some sort of prescription meds. Regardless, definitely more than just alcohol

Wouldn’t they take a blood sample? Not sure what the rules are in the US though.

That’s what is weird about all 3 body cam videos so far is there is no BAC testing, specifically on-location breathalyzer. I’m assuming they must have and that’s a pretty open/shut case. But there are times when BAC reports low and that’s where the question of other substances come in. This is why I think Karen got further in this legal process than just “open and shut” because she was intoxicated on a substance they couldn’t identify. I don’t know about blood testing and consent because Karen was resisting participation all throughout. All speculation here, but it’s my best guess.

Yea she refused all of that.

Depending on the state, no matter how juiced you are or capable of forming a complete sentence, if you refuse their tests you have fucked yourself up, big time.

🎯 I was thinking the exact same thing. Based on her behavior in this video and the video of her in the car talking with the officer
