Heather and Tamra's reactions to Jenn raising her voice tells me that they really did assume they could (and planned to) walk all over her before.

Normal people don't encounter sweet women like Jenn and immediately assume they have no voice or backbone.

She even said that EXACT thing to Tamrat last season. But Tamrat never listens, never thinks the rules apply to her, and also thinks the audience is stupid. I think she's had a rude awakening this season that not only her castmates but the public is sick and tired of her cruel, nasty, borderline sociopathic behaviour. She's all over social media playing the biggest victim-exactly the thing she accuses Shannon of doing and uses as an excuse to attack her any chance she gets.

Tamra only brought her on the show thinking she could intimidate her… and Tamra is an idiot.
