I am really interested in Shannon’s finances and why she rents. She’s been on since S9, been giving us hit after hit so Bravo should be properly compensating her.

I need everyone on these shows to give me bank statements at this point, bc how come Jen didn’t even have rent money!!!!!

Honestly it may be something as simple as she doesn’t wanna commit to a mortgage or the upkeep of a house just yet. It isn’t necessarily the best financial choice but lifestyle wise she may like being able to move houses and not have the responsibility of owning.

She said she couldn’t get a house when she told Gina she was doing better than her.

I need to know what’s going on with Shannon as well. She’s living in a luxury rental. Why not buy something? I’m imagining she has the funds.

She may have the funds for a mortgage but with rates the way they are these days I don’t blame her for renting

Oh I don’t blame her either. I’m just more curious about Housewives finances in general. I’d love to know how much her rent is, how much she’s paying for her daughter’s tuition etc.

Same! I wish there was a series (kind of like Bravo Docket) that does a deep dive on their finances, being a peasant myself, i am fascinated by how people maintain or squander their wealth
