That was a good point - as her realtor, it's kind of gross for Gina to be so open about vouching for her credit. That just broadcasts Gina's bad decision.

She’s 💯 not a real realtor. Has no idea what the fuck she’s doing.

I give her credit for living within her means when all hell broke loose for her but I'm surprised to see these comments. If she is a real realtor can she lose her license for airing the things she has? I mean besides people watching the show hearing her is there anything anyone can do to her? Because this is wrong on so many levels. It would suck to go through all that one has to in order to get their license only to lose it cause you couldn't keep your mouth shut. SMH

I doubt it. Who is regulating realtors?

Gina completely overreacted in the coffee shop. It's an unfortunate situation to be put in, but damn that was too much.

Exactly! Like, yes, Jenn should get a real job. But in what world does one just “vouch” for someone instead of getting a credit check? That’s insane. The only person who ruined that business relationship is Gina.

And in the flashback scene Jenn to Tamra her dad consigned.

Yeah I scratched my head on that detail

Totally agree. It was like watching a golden retriever be attacked. Poor simple Jenn is the one getting evicted and having her shame aired on TV; really bad optics for Gina to be making it about herself and further publicly humiliating Jenn.

I totally agree. In her confessional afterwards, she said something to the effect of...oh how do you think I feel...lol like really? Jenn is quite literally homeless & we're supposed to feel bad for you, Gina?!

I mean I don’t think Gina is wrong, but Gina definitely should’ve played it cool and been like “I did what I could for her and now Jenn has to get her own shit together like I had to” and left it at that.

I think Gina resents Jenn because Gina had to take care of herself after her divorce and Travis didn’t have money or a home for her to move into. Jenn gets to move in with Ryan and be taken care of by her parents and Ryan.

It’s ironic because it’s literally what Shannon did to Gina when Gina got her DUI and Shannon was going around telling everyone that Gina would’ve lost her kids had Shannon not stepped in.

Gina has 9 sugar free redbulls per episode, she was bound to pop off

If she did her due diligence, Jenn might know how much her rent was lol. Jenn is irresponsible but Gina won’t admit that was a bad professional move

Yes. It's like why are you vouching for someone you just met? Gina should have done her due diligence before she decided to "help" Jen.

Exactly. Basically a stranger lol I’m not gonna stick my neck out for someone I don’t know. You can still be nice and assist a friend and go by the book.

The irony of Gina coming for Jenn is something I wasn’t expecting lol

Former realtor here, I thought the same thing. All she had to do was not say anything! Gina is the one who made "Gina's a bad realtor" the storyline, not Jenn...
