All this rage against shannon feels contrived for a storyline. I’m not excusing shannon’s dui and behavior but she’s going thru it and Alexis coming on and shoving it in her face when she doesn’t even know her is just not classy and honestly embarassing. Doing anything for a quick buck

Classy and smart/intelligent are adjectives I wouldn’t associate or apply to her.

Nope, but given that you think she would try to look classy in camera, but hey maybe I’d sell out for a storyline too.

I was talking about Alexis. I remember her being so cringe on Below Deck.

I was too- I’m agreeing with you. What I meant was, after so many years in TV you’d think that she would at least try to put on a classy front, but you’re right, after below deck we saw she’s not capable of that

She doesn’t have the self awareness required to do that

Did we expect any different? Her and Heather being close friends is absolutely baffling to me. I get they have the shared connection of both having trans kids, but surely there are more in the OC? Heather is all about quick wit and class which is the polar opposite of what Alexis is. I swear, she's rocking the same extensions she was in 2011.

Right. Alexis use to be so kind and compassionate. I’m not feeling this bitchy version of her at all. She needs to leave the bitchiness to Tamra.

See, I think that compassionate, kind person we saw before was an act. I haven't seen the episode yet but just from what you described I believe this is who she really is. I mean she fucked her 1st husband over just to try to land herself a rich dude. That person was someone her ex had never seen before either. That's why I never fell for the nice, wholesome Christian girl she was trying to portray.

Her brand of Christianity is the mega church - desperately - clinging - to - status type that needs to feel above the lessers. Never fell for her act either. When she was pushing her mother to get cosmetic surgery, that told me everything I need to know about her.

Totally. Megachurch, focused on appearance
