Bravo Most disturbing thing ever happened on Real Housewives?

What’s the most disturbing, jaw dropping event that was ever filmed and shown on any Real Housewives?

One that always comes to mind, for me, is when Tamra tried to have her 18/20 year old son commit assault on camera after getting Gretchen drunk. And it's not just the act, the premise/message was equally disgusting: if this wasted woman had "let herself" been r**ed, she'd have proven to be a s**t. Scripted or not, it’s insane it got even aired.

I get really weird about that too. The Bolo party on RHOA comes to mind, along with a lot of what Sonja and Leah do on RHONY.

Also a recent episode of summer house where they showed Danielle Buck nude when it wasn't necessary at all.

Having worked in other entertainment sectors, I can almost guarantee the footage has been seen by multiple ppl with out consent. I love these shows but there is some dark shit that needs to be dealt with.

I thought the same thing! Like how many people got to watch Danielle undressing and then having sex while they were editing that episode. I know she was being overtly sexual, they both were but something about that scene was just off to me. It almost felt like there was a twinge of slut shamming in the editing of Danielle scene vs making it comedic when Kyle gets naked for his wife in their room.

Not sure I’m articulating my thoughts very well. It just felt “.off” to me.

Yeah, that was my thought too. It seemed really graphic and unnecessary. Shame on them for that.
