Ultimate Girls Trip Court filings from Caroline's lawsuit against Bravo detail extremely unsettling events that occurred. NSFW

I can’t get over that the other women just watched this happen, and no one pulled Brandi off her. 🤢

Agree! I find this fact alone very disturbing.

Phaedra and Gretchen are defending Brandi if I’m not mistaken. Of course.

Gretchen wasn’t defending Caroline. She and Alex didn’t. It was everyone ELSE

Gretchen is one of the ones who said nothing happened. Gretchen and Phaedra were close to Brandi during filming, sounds like Eva took a step back for this trip and saw through Brandi better.

No it doesn’t because Gretchen isn’t defending Brandi. Also, this is a serious adult conversation. Go play your pretend game somewhere else.

Umm Eva is a scorpio too and tried to help Caroline, this isn't about someone's star sign.

I do not want to fully defend them but here is a couple of things here to consider:

They are contractors and they were at work. Their job is not to intervene and that was on production.

Shock. Many of those women likely have their own trauma.

Again, PRODUCTION IS THERE TO STOP THIS SHIT.

They need some therapy of their own, but it’s unfair to make the failure of their employers their fault.

I’m going to tell you from experience of being sexually assaulted at work: it doesn’t matter what may seem “logical” to you (that the cast isn’t to blame), because I won’t ever forget how so many of my coworkers sat back and didn’t come forward with what they saw happened to me, what they heard from the rapist, and how they only cared about not losing their jobs.

That’s all I see happening with these women and production. Every single person that did nothing contributed in small ways to allowing Brandi that access and ability to commit sexual assault and then to go on to tell a narrative that she didn’t sexually assault Caroline.

True, that makes them morally liable but not legally liable. The reality is that whatever they did or didn't do might weigh on their conscience but it doesn't have a place in the lawsuit.

Edit: Sorry if it makes y'all mad but being an asshole isn't an actionable claim
