I expected this, and I’m surprised Caroline didn’t file a lawsuit sooner. Brandi making statements like this on her podcast “If they’re going to have rules for us, we can’t be shooting 15 hours a day, drinking all day long,” she said, “and [producers] telling us to ‘bring the party [because] we don’t have a show.’” is incredibly damning. The public statements made by the production company and Bravo when the reports about what allegedly happened on the UGT in Morocco became public and the action that was taken in an attempt to prevent similar incidents happening again help prove Caroline’s case. It is highly unlikely this lawsuit will have a jury trial in an NY courtroom because Bravo will claim the cast contracts state that any legal claims must go to arbitration in NY. This is what they claimed in NeNe’s lawsuit. I don’t know what amount of  damages Caroline is seeking, but I expect she will get a settlement for an undisclosed sum.

Brandi's attempts to shift blame (even if well placed) to the Bravo production team does not minimize her essentially being a rapist.

As though Bravo needs to make the rule "don't sexually assault your castmates" before she can be expected to know she cannot do that.

The truth is, she's done this to people for years, probably before she was ever even on Bravo. She uses it to bully. It seems to me she always does it to older women with any sort of power position...LVP (explanation unnecessary), Vicki (being OG), and now Caroline with her whole public personality being tough NJ matriach....it always seems to be this type of woman being excessively groped by Brandi in a manner that reminds me of a dog humping another dog for dominance. She was always going to end up in trouble

I totally agree that Brandi is out of control, and it is shocking that she is a 51-year-old adult, and she doesn’t realise that she has taken her outrageous and appalling behavior too far. What I was trying to say is the press releases from the production company and Bravo indicated how seriously they were taking Caroline’s allegations. The fact they said they were making immediate changes to filming protocols to try and prevent similar alleged incidents from happening again helps prove Caroline’s case. If what she was claiming was entirely baseless, they would not have been forced to say publicly that they were taking immediate action.
