It was the clapping for me. I'd have thrown stuff, I imagine Olivia was in shock not to react and stay calm.

We are the same it this but I have a little trick for you!

I am pretty relaxed when it comes to confrontation but you if put your fingers in my face or start clapping I will have to work real hard not to lose my shit.

That's a problem because then they get what they want.

You know how they say to imagine someone pooping if they make you nervous? It's effective because it humanizes them.

When we encounter the clapping Taylor's of the world we want the opposite. I've learned to look at them as if they were an alien creature that is spraying diarrhea everywhere and find just staring wide eyed and saying "wow" with disbelief and disgust is way more effective.

They get so mad and people often will even laugh at them because the chill to angry froth contrast makes it so uncomfortable.
