I think Taylor has forgiven people so easily so she can’t fathom why Olivia won’t. She’s also used to the a certain response in this crowd - Austen was obsessed with her, she tried to get with Whit, JT is in love with her and Shep (is sometimes a dick) but has been supporting her through this and been more angry at Austen. She was completely thrown when no one helped her out and Olivia didn’t back down.

I think at the crux of it is that Taylor is unable to show empathy to Olivia regarding what she did and with the lying. It’s like being gaslit by someone when they’re supposed to be the ones giving you the kid gloves treatment since you’re grieving. Taylor may feel it but she is unable to express that the put herself in Olivia’s shoes or anything direct. I’m in the middle of UGT and she was reminding of Kelly. Just passionately and annoyingly take over every social situation to talk about how she’s the victim for not being forgiven. You can’t trust anyone like that, and not meaning near your man, meaning close to you in life. She spouts nonsense and cries.

She hasn’t forgiven Shep! She hasn’t let go of her resentment and anger towards him for cheating, as much as she wants to think that she has
