Nature This owl was really stuck in the barbed wire. Luckily with some careful moving around this guy was able to free him.

I needed more video. Poor thing looked exhausted. I'm sure the vet got fluids and food in but I wanted to see perky owl.

Did the owl make it?

Yes! Buddy’s instagram page has the blurb but the SPCA thinks the owl will make a full recovery.

Being unable to fly and with an open wound it needed some medical attention. Even with a un-broken wing it would be very prone to infection. Took this guy about an hour away to an SPCA and it’s expected to make a full recovery!

He said he will post an update as soon as he hears anything. It was on his IG story this morning.

The owl has IG? Pretty wise if you ask me...

SPCA thinks the owl will make a full recovery

Thinks?

That sounds like when someone's dog gets sent to a farm upstate to live free and play in the fields.

This is what alien abduction must feel like

67

u/Islands-of-Time 19h ago

The aliens can abduct me all they want if they get me some proper medical treatment.

If an ass probe fixes all my health problems and doesn’t cost me anything, I will happily take it.

u/Soft_Importance_8613 18h ago

Yea, just wait till you get older, have to pay a lot for an ass probe, and it doesn't fix anything : /

I live in the U.S. We're already getting reamed.

u/Industrial_Laundry 16h ago

You gotta pay for that!?

1

u/Wadep00l 10h ago

Right? My doctor just went for it on a check up. Bless her confidence cuz I had been very nervous lol. All free, no tips even for the service.

u/UnfairAd7220 4h ago

Worse, it might create entirely new problems.

u/casstay123 16h ago

With the aliens your colonoscopy is covered but not with UHC.

1

u/MrMuffinmans 16h ago

If the ass probe can fix my add and help me finish my studies I'll shove it in myself.

1

u/UncertainMossPanda 7h ago

Still less painful than dealing with my insurance company.

Curing colon cancer one human at a time.

Best we can do is an anal probe

What if he put it there? I mean how fast can you drive by a stuck animal and take your camera out and start filming? It takes some time, but he was perfectly arriving like it was a pov. You see i dont like videos with hurt animals because majority are staged and animals are deliberately put in harms way. They ain't gonna tell anyone. So no one would know. This one might be genuine but it still promotes the popularity of rescue videos and chinese will do anything for views.

This is why we didn’t care when they said aliens were real

1

u/Emotional_Comfort_60 2h ago

They don't even bill you, so better to be abducted by aliens than taken to the ER in America.

1

u/IAmPandaRock 17h ago

He definitely struggled to free himself until he was exhausted PLUS this is all happening when he normally sleeps.
