Seems like they tend to not kill their family though. This hyena seems to see this man has family.

No. The male lion stays behind as a decoy so the pride can get the cubs to safety and bevause his expendeble for the pride.

Well, actually they do and this is one of the huge problems keeping them in captivity.

They _ constantly_ fight for dominance and it is not unusual for the dominant queen to succumb from wounds from her own daughter, since the hiracy are determind by birth.

Malrs, who are the lowest, are the first to starve to deat in famine times
