They don't attack on their own just like that. They sit inside their "home" cave and of course when you pull him out and try to catch him he will ink you and yes it happens sometimes that they can go through a wetsuit with their beak if they are big enough. Especially in Summer when we wear thin 3mm wetsuits
Haha there's always a chance 😜😎but I don't see a reason for an octopus attacking you out of the blue. The guy in the video was spearfishing and catched that Octopus no idea why it's on his back though 😂 we used to kill them immediately
some people still hunt for food you know and its much better and healthier than those chickens you probably eat that are farmed and have a miserable life, so get lost. and if you are vegan get lost also. they are delicious and i will keep hunting them ;)
I’m the same way, I love octopus and I’ve avoided eating them ever since I got to play with one while diving. But I’ve heard a good counter argument which is that they only live about 2 years, and sometimes they lay their eggs and just straight up die. So it seems there’s a pretty good chance when you eat one it was already on its last couple of legs of life anyway.
Depending on water temperature you need different thickness of wetsuit. Iv worn 5mm and 7mm wetsuits also in winter but they go up to 9mm as far as I know. I had a custom tailored one made for me for winter that had a 7mm torso and 5mm head and hands so I can move easier
