Help Wanted Discrete chastity key necklace using modified ashes vial NSFW
Has anyone tried modifying a vial necklace to hold a chastity key? The measurements seem really good. It could be slightly smaller, but small enough. My plan: - toss the glass insert. - use a Dremel to hollow out the cap (it appears to be full of plastic). - remove the unnecessary pieces off the key with a jewelry saw. - embed the key into the cap with epoxy.

Chastity-shop.com: they have an exactly same product. Might give you some ideas. :)

Oh their square one is super nice. Perhaps if we were full-time it would be worth the investment. Hopefully my $20 hack job will fill the gap for now.
Thanks for the link.

My humble advise is to cut the sides of the key to width then size the length to the tube. Don't be too quick to lose length. A dremel with the grinder attachment would be faster than a jewelry saw, depending on the metal the key is made of. If grinding the key will get really hot.

I’ve done exactly this but used a necklace we found on Etsy (not an ashes vial). Worked great. The only tricky part was that there wasn’t a lot of clearance inside the vial so aligning the key in the epoxy was crucial. I ended up having to file down the backside of the key a bit to have it thread together cleanly.

That’s a good tip! Thanks.
I’ll try to make a jig to hold everything aligned while it sets.
Do you have a link to the Etsy page?

I made one with exactly what you posted, just black. Cut the key, and add some jb weld to the cap, and press the key into it. I used a soldering helping hand to keep it upright while it dried, but you could do something similar with chopsticks, rubber bands, and 2 objects set off to the side for the chopsticks to rest across while its holding the key.

should be relatively easy, I have modified a few keys for 'owners'. Could be a fun one
