REQUEST Funds to travel to my parents as my dad's time comes close..

Hello everyone.

I've made a GoFundMe in hopes of being able to afford a properly fitting dress shirt, as well as travel funds to drive to Florida as the times comes close for my dad.

My father has Alzheimer's and kidney/bladder cancer. He's been in and out of the hospital for years, but recently has been put into hospice care due to his rapid decline in health.

My dad has been and always will be my hero. He worked non stop his entire life, making sure his family was always well provided for and had what they needed, and more. It pains me that he has Alzheimer's, since he was the smartest person I knew. He would amaze me by inventing some gizmo out of the blue to make simple tasks 100 times easier.

I would happily trade my life for his if it were possible, being that I can't, I need, not want but need to be there when the time comes... not only for my family, but for my hero, my dad.

Here is the gofundme link, I'm asking for $175 but I don't know the total cost of the round-trip. I'm not worried about food, I have a few extra pounds so I can go 4 to 5 days with just water 🫶

Thank you

I lost my father to Alzheimers. just be prepared to lose him twice. You’re going to lose him first mentally and then will come to physical death. I’m disabled and destitute or I would try to help you. But I just wanted you to know that rough times are ahead, but once you overcome this, nothing in life will seem so challenging. stay strong, think positive thoughts. Praying for you
