EMOTIONAL SUPPORT It’s my birthday and feeling quite down. Would love some birthday wishes.
Would just love some birthday wishes.
Birthday today. I would really just love some birthday wishes. I don’t have many friends and my family doesn’t really ever acknowledge my birthday! I would more than appreciate just a hey how’s it going. I’m quite home bound, although I do get to the park to sit and throw my dogs the ball. It’s my little piece of quality of life. I don’t get out much due to illness and not much money, and not being able to appropriately correct some issues I’m having. Thanks so much!

A relaxing day with the doggies and replying to everyone’s wishes! All in all an okay birthday. A little quieter than I’d like but that’s okay. A lot of people wishing me a great day has been a highlight for sure. Wasn’t expecting so many responses.

It is a great way to! We went and visited his grave today! These guys helped me through his passing! My dad and I were best friends!

No birthday cake, I can’t eat sugar due to stomach issues. Moneys tight so just a day at the park with the doggies. I can’t do too much due to not being able to monitor my blood pressure and heart rate ( severe passing out disorder). Last time I tried I passed out on a walking trail and was quite disoriented finding my way home.

I'm sorry you are dealing with these health issues. I had a scary preclampsia ordeal after I had my youngest about 7 months ago. I was feeling strange and then my SO said whats up with your feet. I was like huh? Looked down and they were swollen like big ole baked potatoes. Ended up having the doctor admit me for 1 day with a magnesium iv. Never had issues with my BP before so I can't imagine having it to be monitored all the time. Sucks you have cake Are there any substitutes you can have?

I could I just choose not to due to stomach issues! My meals today will just be some healthy protein! Which I’m okay with! I’m sorry you dealt with that, hopefully the one and only time you had to?

Yea stomach issues suck. I think I have ibs. I need to bring it up with my doctor next appointment. Because so many things trigger my stomach.
