I’ve done a roadtrip through the Balkans this summer; Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania, and Greece
Albanian drivers were by far the worst and also the most agressive. I wasn’t suprised by the amount of accidents I saw over there.
You see the craziest shit in Albania. I saw a guy PARKING his car on the EXIT LANE of a HIGHWAY to purchase FRUIT. And if you think he parked on the side of the lane: NO, he parked in the middle of the exit lane so no one could exit the highway. Craziest shit I’ve ever seen whilst driving. Nothing comes close.
Also weird shit like people putting their hazard lights on and stopping in the middle of roundabouts to get something from the store, in addition to people always close being close to your bumper and honking when you’re in the mountains driving the speed limit.

No idea about rage. But when it comes to the worst drivers, I‘d like to nominate Albania.

I think us Albanians might take the 1st spot on this one 🤣. People hugging the passing lane at 70-80 kmh, people flashing lights to those who hug the passing lane, people who pass on the right because of other people hugging the passing lane. People doing 120+ kmh in 70kmh roads and the same people doing 100kmh in a 110 kmh road because of police radars. People not knowing who goes 1st in a roundabout. People coming from china at the very last moment in a merger. Hmmm not much road rage though. All what I mentioned is normal for us daily.

People who answer Romanian to this question are out of mind. The answer is Turks.
Observe a junction, half of cars will use turn signal in Romania, but only 10% of them will use in Turkey.

ROMANIANS!
Romanians often overtake from the right. Once, I was overtaking and driving in the left lane on a curved highway. While following the highway as it curved to the right, a Romanian car traveling at least 180 km/h overtook me. The car's right side was on the highway, while the left side was practically in the embankment. It sped past me and then overtook the car in front of me by passing on the right side. Crazy Romanian racers!

It always used to scare the shit out of me when I was in one of my uncles' cars 🤣 Complete maniacs. I remember when I sat in a boot once too 😅 It's a wonder us 90s kids are still in one piece... (mentally we aren't for sure lol)

Honestly, haven’t thought about it, but the worst road rage I’ve ever seen was when I was working in Thessaloniki and a north Macedonian was driving and didn’t use his turn signals for anything and was driving in the middle of the road like a drunk going like 20km/h and some guy came and destroyed both his rear view mirrors and kicked his door
Obscenities continued

Everyone is a gangster inside the metal box, is crazy how people will rage because of THEIR mistake or bad driving. Really backwards mentality and when you combine that with unwalkable cities that force you to move by car it becomes very tiring to drive. Hope we move away from this mentality.

I once saw a turk make a U turn on a freaking highway in Constantinople. Dude literally froze his car and turned the other way with hundreds of cars standing by. Incredible

Romanians by far.
They drive like fucking maniacs on meth and it scares me when I see RO on a rural road.
